An Integral Approach to Realising Effective and Fulfilling Life & Work

  1. Personal Growth. The first challenge is to recognise that one’s personal development is the measure and the key to significant and sustainable breakthroughs in performance and fulfillment in personal, interpersonal and business life.
  2. Resistance to Change. When we try to make new efforts or changes we immediately encounter ‘resistance to change’ and ‘competing commitments’ made up of our current operating system with its momentum habits and passivity.
  3. Necessity of Help. To effectively navigate and transform ‘competing commitments’ highly specialised support, method and tools are necessary.
  4.  Know Yourself. To navigate ourselves effectively we need to have a compelling goal, know our resources, what is necessary to progress and what we are prepared to pay in the four domains: our inner world experience, behaviour, significant relationships and business/world environment. The key elements we need to know are our core motivation, unique quality, blind spot and development needs.
  5. Ultimate Key – Awareness. A special kind of Awareness – consciousness, is the ultimate key to transformation – a simultaneous awareness of our goal and experiential awareness of our resistance.
  6. Purpose and Love. We need awareness of what supports and hinders our progress on the path of our evolution. This process is fuelled by the deepest purpose or love of our life. Our ego and body have little interest or understanding of what this is.
  7. SMART Planning. We need to plan Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timed action bearing in mind the resistance and what support is needed.
  8. Take Action like a Warrior. We need to act as a warrior whose life depends on it – because our life does depend on it!
