Integral Executive Mentoring – As the lead consultant and founder of Integral Executive Mentoring, he has over twenty five years international experience with 400 individuals – from CEO’s of multi-nationals, corporates, teams, entrepreneurs, celebrities, top media figures, and others determined to live a strong inner and outer life.
David has pursued a lifelong experiential study of the development of consciousness, that includes the traditional wisdom teachings, western and oriental medicine and elegant contemporary psychological methods for releasing further potential. The specialised approach he facilitates aims to enrich participants’ lives with greater self-awareness, interpersonal and professional skill. It is informed by a gestalt approach to individual, leadership and organisational development. Ken Wilber’s Integral map, the Diamond Approach and considerable experience facilitating the unique potential of different personality types.
Based in London, UK, David makes time for recreation with friends in the sun, sea and snow. With a background in martial arts and a love of challenge, he enters the occasional triathlon with his sons and supports charities, such as developing young leaders and well construction in rural Africa. To share his good fortune, he contributes consulting time pro bono and has enjoyed supporting the education of Tibetan refugees for over thirty years. He has a life long passionate interest in the development of consciousness and in his personal time searches with others to develop present-centredness in action.
